This Yoga class is a 60 minute class and begins with a short guided meditation to help you release any self doubts, fear or any negative emotions you have around taking action and creating the change. The Yoga sequence is designed to help you become more open to opportunities and embrace the change!

This class is suitable for a beginner and all Doshas (mind-body type) – but Kapha types can especially benefit from taking this Yoga class.
