If you’re tired of the confusion and overwhelm of figuring out the best diet, lifestyle and exercise (while balancing it all with your busy personal life), it’s time to create a life aligned with your TRUE nature

"

SATTVA

A state of balance, harmony, peace, joy and
lightness.

MODERN SOCIETY is structured in a way that makes achieving ‘balance’ in all areas of life extremely difficult, often without you even realizing it.

BALANCE isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating harmony where everything feels aligned and sustainable.

However, many women in their early to mid-life who dream of achieving balance in every area of their lives, continue to make mistakes that keep that dream just out of reach.

What is this mistake?

However, many women in their early to mid-life who dream of achieving balance in every area of their lives, continue to make mistakes that keep that dream just out of reach.

What is this mistake?

Well before I tell you what that is, I’m guessing you’re here because…

?

You start with great intentions to build healthy habits like eating well and doing Yoga and meditation (especially at the start of a new year).

However, despite your initial motivation, you struggle to stay consistent long enough to see real, lasting results. As the weeks pass, old patterns creep back in, leaving you feeling frustrated, disappointed, and wondering why you can’t stick with it.

?

You’re trying to change too many things at once, completely shifting your diet, starting a new workout routine, meditating daily, or even a new hobby all with the hope of transforming your life.

But by week 2, instead of feeling better, you quickly become overwhelmed and stressed. The pressure to keep up feels exhausting, and before long, you give up altogether, leaving you feeling frustrated, defeated, and stuck.

?

You wake up feeling exhausted, hitting snooze multiple times and all you want to do is to stay in bed.

No matter how much you plan to wake up early for exercise, meditation, or a nourishing breakfast, you struggle to find the energy to follow through. Leaving you feeling behind and frustrated before the day even begins.

?

You’re trying to lose or maintain weight and have followed multiple diets recommended by wellness influencers on social media.

While you may see some initial results, the changes never seem to last. No matter how many times you start over, you find yourself slipping back into old habitsfeeling frustrated and stuck in the same cycle.

?

You only turn to self-care practices (or quick fixes) when life or work gets overwhelming and the moment it feels manageable, you stop self-care practices until stress builds again.

You then feel annoyed for falling into the same pattern again.

If you can relate to ONE OR MORE of the above, you are living your life based on the MISALIGNED choices and decisions.

Choices that you have made in the past and continue to make throughout your life.

But it’s not your fault.

We are constantly told what diet and lifestyle to follow, what supplements to take, who we should be and how we should act.

It might have started with our parents telling us we need to do this to stay healthy, or become that to be a ‘success’.

Society then conditions us in a similar way and most of us choose to conform – either subconsciously or consciously, without questioning it.

We go down the path of least resistance (even when that path can in itself be tough and unrewarding).

Then suddenly, we realize we’re stuck in a job, relationship, or life we never intended — and we ask ourselves… “How did I get here?”

The TRUTH is, if you don’t start living your life by making choices that align with your true nature and values, then eventually your health will suffer and this can manifest into various mental and physical conditions.

So you may be thinking ‘What is an aligned choice then?’

N

An aligned choice is a choice that you make on a daily basis that is FULLY aligned with your ‘true nature’.

N

The aligned choice puts you on the path to PEACE and HARMONY in your mind, body and soul.

N

It’s what leads to feeling BALANCED and FULFILLED in all aspects of your life - be it your health & wellbeing, career, relationships, purpose, pleasure & fun.

Imagine…

You wake up naturally, without an alarm, feeling REFRESHED & ENEGERGIZED.

Instead of dreading your morning routine, you GENUINELY look forward to it. Not because you ‘should’ or ‘have to,’ but because you TRULY ENJOY IT and appreciate how it makes you feel.

You instinctively KNOW what your body needs for breakfast and have FUN preparing a quick, simple yet nourishing meal.

You’re excited to start your workday, whether that means commuting or simply walking to the home office, because you feel DEEPLY CONNECTED to what you do. You know your work matters, and you’re VALUED and RECOGNIZED for the AMAZING contributions you make.

As you move through your day, even when things don’t go as planned, you remain CALM and CONFIDENT. You know how to get back on track without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.

You make time for loved ones, rest, and fun without guilt because you’re IN TUNE with what you need in each moment even when life is busy.

At the end of the day, you feel DEEPLY GRATEFUL for everything you have, and your heart is FULL.

And this is ALL POSSIBLE FOR YOU when you make ALIGNED CHOICES on a daily basis which is exactly what you will learn in the Pathway to Sattva course.

Hi, I’m Risa.

I’m a certified Life Coach, Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Advisor and the host of the Journey Podcast.

I’m a Japanese national living in London, UK, and I have been teaching Yoga and Ayurveda and coaching early to mid-life women worldwide for over a decade.

I am passionate about helping people integrate these ancient practices into their daily lives.

I grew up trying to conform what my parents and society expected of me. Throughout my teenage years and 20s, I filled my sense of emptiness with cigarettes and alcohol to numb the stress and anxiety I felt.

It wasn’t until my late 20s that I discovered the transformative power of Ayurveda and Yoga.

By applying the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga, along with Vedic phisolophy, I found true fulfillment, purpose, peace, and harmony in my life.

Now, I’m dedicated to helping others do the same.

I FEEL RESTED, I HAVE ENERYGY WHEN GETTING UP, AND I GET DAILY ROUTINES ACCOMPLISHED.

Before starting the course, my stomach was bloated, gassy, and felt heavy. I often snacked or ate fatty foods throughout the day and before going to bed, and the following day I felt tired and had no energy. I didn’t have the motivation to do my daily routines.

After going through this course, I’ve been eating foods according to my Doshas and I now feel rested, I have energy when getting up, and I get daily routines accomplished!

Vanessa (United States)

Before starting the course, I went to bed late and ate a cold breakfast in the morning. I was cold and tired. I also had a shift job and never felt that I was getting enough rest.

After going through the course, I am feeling less cold and I have more energy. I have also started to listen more to myself and my needs.

I also changed the job that I’m passionate about, with regular times and no work in the evenings so that I can go to bed earlier. I am grateful towards myself that I took the step to move forward!.

Klara (Sweden)

UNDERSTANDING MY DOSHA HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!

Being aware of my Dosha means that I understand how the pandemic is impacting my particular tendency to get angry and impatient as a stress response.

Just knowing this helps give me the space to reflect before I react.

I'm new to Ayurveda. Can I still join the Pathway to Sattva course?

You can also ask any questions either inside the course portal (there is a comment section within each lesson) or via email at info@risakawamoto.com!

I'm a complete newbie to Yoga. Can I still join the Pathway to Sattva course?

I would also encourage you to take an in-person Yoga class at least once a week if you have never practiced Yoga before, as I won’t be able to give you hands-on adjustments online and it’s useful to have an experienced teacher to guide you when you are a complete newbie to Yoga!

I’m a Yoga teacher and want to learn more about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic diet. Is this course right for me? And will the hours be counted towards Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) Continuing Education (CE) requirement for the Yoga Alliance credential(s)?

Pathway to Sattva is suitable for those interested in learning more about Ayurveda, Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle and want to integrate both Yoga & Ayurveda into their daily lives.

You won’t be able to count the hours towards Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) Continuing Education (CE) requirement for the Yoga Alliance credential(s). However, of course you are welcome to share your experience and promote Ayurveda with your students and community!

If you are interested in becoming an affiliate of Pathway to Sattva, please get in touch with Risa at info@risakawamoto.com.

Integrating Ayurveda practices into my already busy life feels overwhelming... How much time do I require if I want to see the results?

From my own experience and results I hear from my existing students, the more you bring Ayurveda into your daily life, the less you feel overwhelmed and stressed as you start to balance your Dosha.

Also you have a lifetime access to Pathway to Sattva so you don’t need to rush to complete it. If you can commit 1-2 lessons each week (each lesson is usually between 15 and 30 minutes) to go through the course and implement what you learnt into your life, you can begin to feel more balanced.

Do I have any support available if I have questions or get stuck?

If you have any questions as you go through the program, you can ask them inside the course portal. There is a comment section within each lesson and I will get back to you within 48 hours!
