I’m a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher and the host of The Journey Podcast.
I know what it’s like to feel like you’re constantly pushing yourself to fit into an extroverted world, leaving you exhausted and questioning your worth.
As an introverted woman who moved from Japan to London, UK, I discovered that true confidence doesn’t come from changing who you are – it comes from creating safety and regulating your nervous system so you can fully embody your authentic self.
I help introverted professional women overcome burnout and self-doubt, so they can lead with calm confidence, express their true voice, and thrive in their careers without compromising their authentic selves.
Through a unique blend of somatic coaching, yoga, ayurveda and nervous system regulation, I guide women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, gain the recognition they deserve, and create sustainable career growth on their own terms.
