New Moon Intention Setting Somatic Meditation

Set your intentions using the energy of New Moon, with this powerful guided somatic meditation and journaling prompts.

The New Moon on 18 March is an opportunity to reconnect with your vision.

If you set intentions or resolutions at the New Year, take some time to reflect on them. Have you been making progress toward achieving them? Check in to see if they are still aligned with what you are seeking to create in your life.

If you didn’t set an intention, or if the goals you set no longer feel aligned with what you want to achieve, now is a great time to create a new intention around the changes you want to bring into your life.

Before you begin the meditation, spend some time to review and reflect on the past year:  

🌑 What has come into fruition in the last 12 months in your personal life, career, relationships, health & wellbeing, finance, spirituality? List top 5.

🌑 What have I learned from this experience?

🌑 What was I thinking, doing, being when I achieved results listed above?

Begin your meditation after you’ve journaled above. 

After the meditation – journaling prompts:

🌑 Write down all the qualities you saw in the visualisation.

🌑 Write down all the feelings and emotions you experienced.

🌑 Write down your intentions over the next 12 months.

🌑 What is one small, practical step I can take toward building a solid foundation for my intention?
