Evening Yoga – Let go and Release the Day’s Tension
This is a gentle evening Yoga class to release tension around your neck, shoulder, spine and your hip joints. This relaxing practice is designed to prepare your body for deep relaxation and sleep.
When holding each pose, inhale through both nostrils and exhale through your mouth and let go and release any tension or unwanted emotions you are holding inside your body.
This class is suitable for a beginner and all Doshas (mind-body type) but this class would especially benefit if you are a Vata or Pitta type and/or experiencing Vata or Pitta imbalances.
