This is a gentle evening Yoga class to release tension around your neck, shoulder, spine and your hip joints. This relaxing practice is designed to prepare your body for deep relaxation and sleep.

When holding each pose, inhale through both nostrils and exhale through your mouth and let go and release any tension or unwanted emotions you are holding inside your body.

I have also prepared a playlist which goes with this class. You will need to have an Amazon account to access the playlist.
