I’m a certified Life Coach, Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Advisor and the host of the Journey Podcast.

I’m a Japanese national living in London, UK, and I have been teaching Yoga and Ayurveda and coaching early to mid-life women worldwide for over a decade.

I am passionate about helping people integrate these ancient practices into their daily lives through my unique coaching method.

I grew up trying to conform what my parents and society expected of me. Throughout my teenage years and 20s, I filled my sense of emptiness with cigarettes and alcohol to numb the stress and anxiety I felt.

It wasn’t until my late 20s that I discovered the transformative power of Ayurveda and Yoga.

By applying the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga, along with Vedic phisolophy, I found true fulfillment, purpose, peace, and harmony in my life.

Now, I’m dedicated to helping others do the same.
