Your dominant Dosha is…

Pitta

What is Dosha?

Doshas are the energies believed to circulate in the body and mind that make up every individual, which perform different physiological functions in the body and mental process.

And the differing proportions of these Doshas determine individual characteristics and physical constitutions.

It’s important to note that we all have three Doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha, but in different proportions, and usually we have one or two doshas that are more dominant – and this is how it makes us all unique.

And this becomes your natural constitution or true nature.

In your case, based on your answers, you have a high Vata constitution. But you will still have some Pitta and Kapha as well.

So keep reading to learn more about Pitta Dosha and their physical and psychological characteristics and tendencies!

Physical Characteristics

You tend to be medium-built and fairy muscular. You tend to have a fast metabolism and are naturally athletic.

You may have a clear bright skin, but have a tendency towards oily, sensitive skin. You are also prone to acne, rashes or inflammation.

You usually have warm hands and feet and you tend to get overheated easily!

You have a strong appetite and you like to eat at the same time everyday and you become irritable if you skip meals (hungry = angry!)

Personality & Psychological Characteristics

You are ambitious, driven and goal oriented. You are a natural born leader and great commander. You love challenges and thrive in a competitive environment.

You love organizing and executing detailed plans. However, you tend to have high standards and may often have unrealistic expectations of others (or even yourself!).

You tend to get irritable and get angry quickly. Your reaction to new or unexpected events is anger.

When your Pitta is in balance, you are disciplined, organized and confident.

When your Pitta is out of balance, you become very irritated, short-tempered and impatient. You may also suffer from inflammation and indigestion.

The key to balancing Pitta is moderation!
